We have to distinguish two types of off-market properties:
- Properties where we have direct contact with owners who don’t want the market the market to know that their property is for sale (however involved profesionals and contacts like us of course know).
- Properties of which is known in the Barcelona professional corporate market that these are for sale, but that they are -for different and own reasons- not working with the big worldwide known international consultants.
We have both
Our aim is to give international investors an access to properties that they will not have (with respect) via the big international real estate consultants.
This is our added value.
